expect a response by a few more hours or today.
i've had to email wearedevs support to get 2fa disabled and it took around 3 days for a response.
Please know that Jon is a busy man, and he can't just respond to every email in a flash.
So please expect a response within 1-7 days at most.

From my one experience of contacting wearedevs support, Jon was the one to respond to them.
I'm not sure if there is actual support that reply to them like for normal stuff such as a ban appeal request but idk
also you don't need to worry that you are putting more stuff he has to do on his shoulders but just be patient and he'll respond to you
