This happened to me,

its discord being bad,

with everything going around, discord has become more popular and more requests are being flooded in, so to prevent hosting costs going high, they ratelimit you

try taking a break off discord and connect to nature or start a new hobby, learn a different language, make some cool game, do anything. It'll do good
