Why cant i download krnl?

ok im really really really sorry for making this type of thread im not the type of guy that needs help for all things but i really wanna download krnl cause i wanna test it and when i go to krnl.ca (its official site) i cant download it, it keeps loading and loading and i dont wanna download it from wearedevs cause i believe krnl site one has more features i would really appreciate if u send me link of boostrapper of it anyways as always tysm for ur attention byeee.
