Be able to change usernames with VIP

Only being able to change a username with Premium is quite annoying in my opinion.

If you were to do this you could have like a 1 week cooldown but Premium users have no limit if you get what I mean.

I've personally wanted to change my name but cant becuase I dont have Premium. I do have VIP tho.

Premium works the same as Discord Nitro. When your subscription ends, your perks end.

you keep most perks after you unsubscribe, its mentioned in the upgrade page
