This is weird and I need help

Ok, earlier today I was trying to attach JJsploit, and as it was trying to attach its lost connection for some reason. I kept trying and trying, but I couldn't find out why it was not working. Only a few minutes ago did I press the attach button without Roblox being on the tab, and I got this message:
"Error
JJSploit did not find Roblox. Make sure a game is opened! A game must have been launched from the Roblox website. The Windows Store version is not supported."
I know that with the new update it no longer supports Windows 7 but, I have a Windows 10 computer, and it is still not working. I hope a developer sees this so that they can fix this as soon as possible.

You need to have Roblox application open, not just the tab
and whats with all these accounts with 1 post & no pfp asking for jj support all the sudden

Thats what I meant by tab sorry if I used the wrong terminology.
