[HELP] multiple roblox

Everytime i open a new roblox window, the previous roblox window closes and a new one opens saying "updating" and then "configering", I already tried changing my roblox player to beta but, i still have the same issue. Can anyone help me?

Update: i found the issue to be my main account being aging verified just recently, any way to remove the seperate version to be the same as my non age verified accounts? Since im unable to verified my age again in my other accounts

it happened to me a lot but i solved it by uninstalling roblox, then installing it from roblox.com/download
