System error while injecting

I searched every thread but can't find my type of error
Mine says :

The code execution cannot proceed because MSVCP140.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem.

I turned off all anti-viruses including Windows and Chrom security and it still doesn't work.
I also tried reinstalling, still didn't work.

You need to install this on your computer.

@clydekyot Then you just...run the installer. Then injecting should work.
