FE is aprotection layer roblox added to all the games on their platform in around 2016 or so (I think)
it makes it so anything done by the client cant be effected on the entire server.
FE exploits are all scripts which does wack sh!t on the client that also effects the entire server, there is no exploit that is "FE" maybe in 2016 or something cus back then FE didnt exist lol
to answer your question though, yes. novaline can execute FE scripts
