Help me. Chrome is blocking my downloads and I cant download krnl.

As the title says, I need help.
I am not able to download krnl because chrome is blocking it. I tried allowing the file but still it failed.
I turned "No protection" on in the chrome settings but there's no change, Except the fact that the warning disappeared.
If anybody can help me, I would really appreciate them alot.

Did I mention I use arch btw?
