i need it because the only thing i can get is blackout :( because my mom or my admin wont get me the other things

That is why you need to learn to program with a Command Line.

1: Open up Notepad or Notepad++
2:Type in this  set __COMPAT_LAYER=RunAsInvoker
start NAMEOFDOWNLOADHERE

save that as batch.bat, put that into a folder and then put the download into that folder and run the Batch File.
