Actual working Apocalypse rising AND Phantom forces working GUI

The Apocalypse Rising commands in JJsploit are a little broken. You can't refill your hunger and god mode doesn't work. You can't spam the announcements because all they say is "undefined". Make a kill all command for Apocalypse Rising, Another great feature would be a "Summon Weapon" Command.
