How can i find "getscheduler" in IDA Freeware

I found a address like getscheduler named "SchedulerRate" in Strings but when i xrefs this address. I don't know what should i do next to get "getscheduler"

Once you go to the xref of scheduler rate you will have a method 2 instructions above

Go into that offset and the 1st method call you see there will be the get_ts method
