Exploits doesn't run only JJSPLOIT runs

The problem is i can download exploit i have offed windows defense and my anti virus .When i download executer maybe like krnl or coco z  its just go ok and then when i try to run it ,It just doesn't shows up .How I can fix this problem .(pls help)
