Exploit has stopped working problem

For some reason, I am unable to use any exploits here - when I open it, it says it has stopped working. It happens after I download .NET Framework but before downloading .NET Framework, I could open exploit just fine except when I pressed inject, it didn't do anything.

So what kind of problem am I having right now? Also thanks in advance
