JJSPLOIT Software Publisher

So JJSPLOIT Is Up But It Wont Execute, When I Try To Reinstall, It Says "To find with a version of your pc, find check with the software publisher",  This too, When i try to execute, it also says "Built-in DLL injector missing. Your anti-virus may have falsely flagged and deleted it. Please disable your anti-virus and reopen JJSploit so it may attempt to redownload. Otherwise manually reinstall JJSploit." What do i do? i have my anti virus off and i allowed it.
