So hey my name is atekted and i actually do my first UI ever and i want to you to give me constructive response about what can increase my UI

get rid of those purple and blue icons you used or whatever they are and use solid colors

its okay don't remove them all, maybe add the effect only when an icon is selected or hovered over

the reason it looks bad is because you did it for EVERYTHING. Beauty only comes in scarcity, so don't use it much, only use it for something that needs to stand out, and you'll see a hueg difference in quality :)
