Im having a problem with exploit api

Each time I try to download exploit api from this website that it won't download and take me to a non-working website (or I don't know) called https://wearedevs.netassetsdownloadsafeexploitapiwearedevs_api.dll/. Since I can't download this to make my custom exploits can someone please help.
