Thread/Reply Creator and Editor is kinda janky to use

This is more of convenience issue, doesn't impact me significantly since I know the alternatives or just let it slide, but I just wanted to let the devs know the issue and some feature could be also improved too, maybe the issue only occurs in my side while it doesn't for others, so you can ignore this thread if you want

1. In some occasion, whenever I turn a specific text into bold format, it doesn't apply when I submit it, re-editing it doesn't fix it either
2. Bullet/Number List converts the whole text into that instead of certain/specific parts, which made me resort to use bullet unicodes as alternative

I'll edit and add more if I encounter some of minor issues
