MSVCP140.dll and vcruntime140.dll not found

I been trying to test jjspilot but it keeps saying MSVCP140 and vcruntime140 is not found. I factory reseted my pc 2 times to try to fix this. Disabled my Anti-Virus and firewall and reinstalled jjspilot. But for somereason this keeps coming up. Is this happening to just me or everyone else. If its just me then how do I fix it?
