make that empty line have exactly whats inside
of a text box (textBox2) ?
Like lets say the text box says yes in it and we want to have that exact same thing in that line .
How do I do that ?

I hadn't understood your question, but an empty line on windows should be "\r\n\r\n", so just replace "\r\n\r\n" with the string you want.
