How to fix this error

So everytime that i download Eclipse and i go to a game and press "Attatch" it gives me an error and in the error it sais:

"The program can't start because MSVCP140D.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem."

 I reinstalled Eclipse many times but it still gives me the same error.
Can anyone help me solve this problem?

Well I watched the video and did what it said but my computer already had the Â MSVCP140D.dll

did u disable antivirus when u reinstalled

Easy just go to dllme.com and search MSVCP140D.dll and when it puts the right dll go press it and download if (you must check the box first)
