No-Cooldown Script

Hey there, recently i got into roblox exploiting because I really want to learn.
I am a roblox developer and i learn scripting very easily, i know that the executors are client sided and we can fire remotes etc, but the thing is how are some of exploiters firing remote events without a cooldown because usually they have a client-side debounce. I really have no idea how do you guys remove the cooldown from remote events or anything.
