Free executer with saveinstance()

I need a free executer with saveinstance() but can't find any that work. I have heard Oxygen U works but it didn't. I also heard krnl works but krnl just refuses to work at all on my device (I have all antiviruses disabled and my internet has its firewall off). Are there any methods to save a game that doesn't cost money?
