General Stability Diminished

I have noticed a decrease in site stability since the revamps, based on a brief testing period. The forum has become erratic; one minute it is extremely responsive and quick, and then it suddenly freezes up. Refreshing the page brings up a CF521 error, but the forum usually recovers after a few seconds.
It could be caused by Jon rapidly restarting the host inorder to make adjustments or it could be apart of a bigger issue.

Any opinions, am I the only one that is experiencing this?
