Noped Engine Not Working

When i try to launch it it keeps sayin:
"DBK32.DLL Error
The driver couldn't be opened! It's not loaded or not
responding. I recommend to reboot your system and try again (If you're on 64-bit windows, you might want to use dbvm)"
It keeps showing the error window twice and if i click "X" or "Ok" noped engine appears. But if i try it on roblox(UWP) it crashes the game. I just changed a setting once and this keeps happening even if i reinstall it, restart windows like it said in the error but nothing works. Please someone help me!

This error can be triggered by various programs, but judging by the mention of Cheat Engine and Roblox, those seem like the likely suspects. Try launching each one separately and see if you get the error, which will help narrow down the source. Basketball random is my new go-to for boredom breaks.
