What are the Methods of getting ScriptContext?

Here are all the ones that i know about tell me if you know other methods, it would greatly help. In the TaskScheduler there is a job called WaitingHybridScriptsJob i'm pretty sure you can get it from that, there is also a function that returns the ScriptContext and takes 1 arg idk what that arg should be though, or you could hook a function using it like the getState function. Please let me know if you have other methods and better methods i would really appreciate it.
