Internal Injection option not working.

basically when i use the internal option button it crashes my game, then i tried to use the Reset button but it shows me this "An error occured while deleting the old version of a dependency. Update skipping. Please investigate your permissions, firewall, or antivirus." anyone can give me a tutorial on how to fix this??? i already tried with turning off the antivirus and firewall, but whatever i do it doesnt work?!?! i also tried to white list it but idk what file it is... somebody help
