wearedevs api cant be added into my project

does anyone know how to fix wearedevs dll not being able to be put into my project refrence? it always says that i need to make sure the file is accesible.. which it obv is, and that i need to make sure its valid assembly or COM component. i tried so many things but nothing works dw. I dont know what to do :(
