JJsploit v4 gave me 3 Trojans and just by injecting if gave me 2, clicking noclip gave me another, it is fake?

No, JJsploit uses some stuff to edit ROBLOX clients, which is essential to exploiting and can inject DLLs, so your antivirus thinks it's a virus. It is not a virus
