Can you decompile my program? (Double obfuscated)

I was wondering if anyone could decompile this program. It is named Anti_Ban.exe because it was an old alternative to roblox for anti ban that changes the hosts file. Besides the point though, just try to decompile it and if successful, Reply and send me the source code. Yes I did make this program, I am experimenting with obfuscators though.
