Updated filter

To preserve a non-toxic community, I implemented a filter to block out cuss words. The filter is only meant to block out cuss words, nothing else. If you're being rejected outside of that wall, please reply with the issue and I will try to correct that. 

Due to the text editor, the filter blocked some innocent threads from being created. I have patched that issue. For return visitors, you will need to clear your cache to get the updated client-side filter. Otherwise wait a week for it to automatically clear
