Whenever I download an installer for any exploit, and I press Open File, the installer doesn't respond and I get no exploit. (My anti-virus is disabled) It kind of annoys me. If there is a solution pls help me.

Try a different exploit and see if it works if no then look at your computer settings stuff

If you are using Internet Explorer/Microsoft Edge, do everyone a favor and switch to Chrome/Firefox because those seem to have the least amount of problems.
