Gravity_Switch.exe is unsafe to download and was blocked by Windows Defender SmartScreen

I disabled all of my protections, and uninstalled my antivirus. But it still says it's blocked by Windows Defender SmartScreen. Anyone have a solution here?

double check if windows defender is disabled
