The Filtered key isn't working

Title says it all, i click on retrieve key, click through all the captchas and other things, until i get to the key, but when i paste it in it says i have the wrong key, anyone else know whats going on?

try opening the link in incogento

(if you have a proxy or vpn disable it then try getting the key)

if that doesnt work, gimmie da link so i can try
