Unable to download Proxo

Today, when i went to download Proxo's newest update, i came across this error message. 

"It's impossible to access this site.

The page (Proxo Bootstrapper link) could be temporarily unavailable or has been permanently moved to another address on the Web."

"ERR_CONNECTION_ABORTED"

 

I have perfectly fine internet, with Discord and other exploit downloads working nicely. How can i fix this?

Yes, all of them are. Both Windows Defender and Avast were turned off.

try downloading the ver of wrd then run it as admin
