Noclip Help?

So recently I've tried to download the Noclip installer. I've done it in the past, and have disabled my windows defender, antivirus and other things that might report it as a false positive. However, everytime I try to install the noclip it says failure:error 12057. I don't know what to do and I thought I tried everything but I may have been dumb and forgot something? help?

I used to have Avast, but then uninstalled it when it kept giving me false positives. I no longer have it.
