My JJSploit Doesnt Attach's

So when i open roblox i cannot attach it, it says "roblox not found please open it" or something like that and i used a program to look at it and also it says download "API-MS-WIN-CORE-HEAP-L2-1-0.DLL" but i couldnt found it on dll file sites (btw my pc is windows 7 64 bits)

is your anti virus disabled

you may have windows defender too

no thats not the problem i just need a dll but i dont know how to download it
