SkiSploit doesnt work

I downloaded SkiSploit and a cmd.exe appears that says NETGuard.IO : Debugger detected on disk (Fiddler). Press any key to continue . . . I pressed any key and it didnt open skisploit. I don't even have that program. I even tried reinstalling it but nothing works. I have my anti virus disabled and firewall disabled. Please help!

SkiSploit uses NetGuard, NetGuard can detect DnSpy Debugger and you must need to delete it just follow the folder path and delete it.
