I Can't Download JJSploit v5 even after disabling avast and windows defender.

I turned of Avast and windows defender then tryied downloading JJSploit and it still said failed-insufficient permissions. Anyone have a solution.

I have now downloaded it but I can't run it it says i don't have the right permissions.

try running the setup as admin
if it still says that, make sure avast file, behavior, and web shields are also disabled in avast
then redownload the setup

After looking at permissions it says I don't have permission to travrese folder/execute. Could this be it? Also I turned everything in Avast off.
