I used proxo and somehow now my computer is frozen. I cant interact, close, shutdown or anything. Nothing respond even power button. Pls help me!!!

Hmmm... That is really big damage. maybe your Computer is doesn't have enough ram to run Proxo. and also Proxo has a installer so that is my Warning and maybe theres a malicious thing or programs on installer that cause of your Computer Frozen.

pull the power plug or battery if its a laptop

 

you most likely didn't read the installer and installed bloatware which is lagging your pc
