why cant I download

I cant download any DLL injector or extreme injector those are the only ones ive tried but it says something like I need special permission to access it and windows cannot open this path or file or something like that please help

Disable it

now api shows up when i try to do something pretty much other than regular aimbot its annoying then when i close roblox it says account launched on another device and no one is on my account on another device
