Cant put in keys to start excecutors? HELP?

Ok, so I keep trying to put in a key, and when I finally put in the key, it just doesnt work?

The error message i am getting is: PLEASE TRY AGAIN! IF THE ERROR HAPPENS MORE THAN ONCE OR TWICE, PLEASE SCREENSHOT THIS AND SEND IT TO SUPPORT!
