so somebody SOMEHOW JUST SOMEHOW knew my IP address, someone far away from me, idk if im allowed to tell the IP address, but it starts like this: 140.21 thats only the bit of the IP address since im not sure im allowed to type it completely, but it has been an IP address that is pissing me off, because it has been trying to get into my epic games account, roblox account, steam account, EVEN GMAIL ACCOUNT and im like 1000%/100% PISSED off.
how can i stop the IP address and ban it COMPLETELY from my stuff? or atleast can i expose it and just anybody try to mess with their accounts like gmail accounts, steam accounts and every single one of their accounts.

you can check with antivirus to see if there are any viruses leaking information
you can change the password of all accounts and enable 2-step verification
This happened because you downloaded a virus and your data was leaked, and anyone who has a program to collect data on the internet with ips can find multiple accounts, there are the verifiers, to classify premium or free case (error, true or false), there just put email or username and password (which were leaked)

1. Scan your full PC, if you still feel unsure factory reset it
2. If your Router "supports" this reset your router and It might change your IP
3. Change your logins, I suggest using something such as Dashlane to fully secure each one
