Proxo Bootstrapper not running

Hello, I've downloaded the Proxo Exploit around a week ago and it was working fine, however my anti-virus deleted the exploit just 2 days ago, ever since; I've been redownloading Proxo but whenever I try to run the Bootstrapper, inorder to extract and obtain the exploit, it just doesn't bother to run, like the .exe is just not running, anyone can help?

It's not working for me either btw my antivirus is turned off and if i want to inject in it won't inject! Please fix it or idk just do something with it!

anti-virus usually gets enabled after every reboot

double-check if its still disabled
