When ever i Click run, when i download it into WinRar,it pops up then dissapears.

When ever i Click run, when i download it into WinRar,it pops up then dissapears. I dont understand what is happening all my windows defenders and virus stuff is off, i can figure it out and i am wondering if anyone can help if u are able to help please contact BeatBox#3557 on Discord.

2. Did you extract it?
3. Is your antivirus off?

I tried dowloading everything i extacted it to winRar and all my antivirus things are off. I cant figure out what to do
