Skisploit does not open

Whenever I try to open Skisploit it never pops up, don't know this happens and I can't find a solution to solve this. I think for some reason it does not have .exe at the end of the program. I have already extracted it and used it before, but for some reason, it just never opens now.

your antivirus deleted it

 

or windows defender

I deleted my antivirus and windows defender, but it did not help.
