Can't Download Any Hacking Software Plz Help

I've Tried Multiple WeAreDevs hacks but whenever I hit download in google chrome it says 

'This site can't provide a secure connection

cdnwrd.com sent an invalid response.

What network provider are you using? Different providers can't go on certain sites.
