wearedevs_API-cpp.dll doesn't work

if i try to add my wearedevs.cpp.dll to my visual studio 2019 comunity version it gives an error.

the error says:

a refrence to 'C:\users\......\OneDrive\WeAreDevs_API-cpp.dll' could not be added. Please make sure that the file is accessible, and that a it is a valid assably or COM component.

Please help me IDK what to do i added a screen
