[API] Allow Users more customization over API

So this could be a really good feature to publish links for the autoupdating service, because (f.e.) you could customize Messages like
"Sorry, but the API was patched recently, please wait for the API Creators to update it!" in a MessageBox instead of the Console so it looks more "Clean" if it wouldnt matter much to the Devs c:
