I dont really know how it works, I know it works using the gravity and physique of objects. Just press Left Control and click on the NPC, sometimes it can bug, I warn you that animations do not work when controlling an NPC, or only stay on the client side, to return to your avatar you must do the same method of controlling an NPC, only by selecting your avatar.
